Scope
This MSA is a vehicle for ERP consultancy and assessment - not ERP implementation or migration. Under categories #1 and #4, ALINEDS helps public agencies get more from the ERP systems they already run: readiness and business-process reviews, pain-point identification ahead of an ERP initiative, and maintaining, optimizing, or modifying an existing ERP across financials/accounting, HR, CRM, BI, supply chain, manufacturing/logistics, inventory, and warehouse domains. ERP migration, consolidation, and full implementation are ALINEDS capabilities, but they are procured outside this contract, not through MSA #2025-017.
