Scope
Under DIR-CPO-5827, ALINEDS provides IT staff augmentation across the ITSAC service categories, supplying vetted professionals - cloud and infrastructure architects, cybersecurity specialists, network engineers and administrators, project and program managers, software developers and analysts, and help-desk and support staff - on on-site, off-site, or offshore models to fit each agency's needs and budget. Engagements run at DIR-approved not-to-exceed labor rates and are initiated through a Request for Resumes (RFR) or a Statement of Work (SOW).

- ALINEDS shares candidate resumes/profiles; you evaluate them and schedule interviews with selected candidates.
- On selection, issue a Purchase Order payable to ALINEDS LLC that references DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5827.
